The 50-3253FR is a flame retardant thermally conductive potting and encapsulating compound. This easy to use, 1:1 mix ratio system has a wide operating temperature range (-65°C to 155°C) and is designed for applications requiring a flame retardant compound that exhibits excellent electrical insulation and high thermal conductivity.

The 50-3253FR is ideal in applications that require heat dissipation, and its low shrinkage makes it an excellent choice for encapsulating delicate components. It is formulated to meet the stringent non-burning requirements of UL 94V-0. Common applications include potting and encapsulating transformers, regulators, capacitors, battery, coil, motor, and power supplies.
