The 50-3150FR with catalyst 12 has been a trusted high performance thermally conductive epoxy potting compound for decades. The 50-3150FR with catalyst 12 is UL 94V-0 listed (File Number E235584), which is a common flame retardant requirement for power electronics and automotive/electric vehicle applications..

With catalyst 12, this system has high thermal conductivity (2.16 W/m°K), a low viscosity (2,000 cps), and has a long pot life with a low exothermic reaction, making it ideal for large castings.
