40-3900 Two component epoxy filled with pure silver. High electrical conductivity with a wide operating temperature range. Easy 1:1 mix ratio. 100:100 Paste 0.0001 9,450 -50 to +170
40-3905 Two component silver filled epoxy. Offers high electrical and thermal conductivity. Recommended for use in applications where hot soldering is impractical. 100:5 Paste 0.0001 9,500 -50 to +165
